This mission is motivate by numbers and I really don't like. I've met few missionaries who are doing missionary work because they love the people.
The new president coming in has already restricted culture events for the missionaries, so we'll see what else he changes.
My companion and I have been trying to work with less active members in the area because there are 87 inactive members and only 18 active members. Anyway, we've also been trying to work with a non member who is friends with a less active, but they're both girls who are minors so we cant do anything anyway and we gave up. I don't know if it was God telling me and my comp that giving up was a stupid idea that would've only come from mortals, but those 2 girls showed up at church and stayed. We don't know how we can work with the nonmember girl, but we know we cant give up.
My heart has been softened towards my companion, this week was good, or at least not as bad. I think we're both looking forward to the end of this transfer still and to start a new one with new companions. It's coming soon. Just not soon enough.
Other than that, the only funny thing that happened is when my comp ran into a car/got hit. It wasn't serious, that's why I think it's funny. It's also funny because he tries to tell me I'm not riding my bike as a missionary should, but was I the one that ran into the car? Nope.
